Common questions about the website process, what to expect, and how to know if it's the right fit for where your business is now.

Is this right for me?

  • This process is designed for founders, small business owners, and wellness professionals who want a website that feels clear, aligned, and intentional.

It’s a strong fit if you’re looking for strategic guidance, thoughtful design, and a streamlined experience that moves your business forward without feeling overwhelming.

  • That’s completely okay — and very common.

You do not need to have every detail figured out before we begin. Part of this process is helping you clarify your message, refine your positioning, and shape a brand presence that reflects who you are and connects with the right people.

  • That’s exactly what the Website Clarity Session is for.

It’s a space to talk through your goals, explore what you need, and see whether this process feels aligned for your business. There’s no pressure — just an honest conversation that helps you move forward with more clarity.

How it works

  • You do not need to have everything perfectly planned before we start.

Some clients come in with polished messaging, photos, and a clear vision. Others are still shaping those pieces. Both are welcome.

    What helps most is:

    • a sense of your business goals

    • clarity on who you want to reach

    • a willingness to explore what feels aligned

From there, we build the rest together. And if brand photography is still to come, I can help guide that process as well.

  • Most projects move through a focused and efficient timeline, with the design and build often completed in about three weeks once content and core assets are in place.

If your project includes updated brand photography, expanded strategy, or more complex functionality, the timeline may extend slightly to allow the work to unfold well and with the care it deserves.

  • Most clients should plan for about 2–3 hours per week during the active project phase for feedback, review, and content gathering.

My goal is to keep the process focused, organized, and manageable so you can stay involved without feeling stretched thin.

  • If your project requires additional features — such as e-commerce, custom integrations, or a broader brand development phase — we’ll talk through that before we begin.

The process is structured, but it is not one-size-fits-all. The goal is to create the right scope, pace, and level of support for your business.

  • Yes — strategy is woven into every website project.

That includes clarifying your offers, strengthening your positioning, and making sure your site supports the client journey you’re creating. For clients who want deeper support, that work can also extend into launches, new offers, and ongoing brand evolution.

  • The investment starts at $5,885, which includes strategy, design, development, integrations, and foundational SEO setup.

This is a thoughtful, high-touch process designed to create a website that feels elevated, aligned, and ready to support the business you’re building.

  • I primarily design and build on Squarespace and Kajabi, depending on your goals, business model, and the tools you already use.

I’ll help you choose the platform that best supports your business and feels manageable after launch. I’ve also worked with Shopify, WordPress, and FG Funnels when needed.

  • Yes. I offer Brand Imagery Direction as an additional service to help ensure the right visuals are captured for your website and brand as a whole.

For Maine and New England clients, I can help plan and creatively direct a brand shoot with my in-house photographer and professional makeup artist. If you’re working with a photographer elsewhere, I can collaborate with them as well. This can include styling guidance, a shot list, and a brand board shaped around how you want your brand to be experienced.

  • Once your site is live, we’ll schedule a dedicated training session so you feel confident updating and managing it on your own.

I’ll walk you through the essentials — from making edits and updating images to adding new content and maintaining the key parts of your site — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Many clients also choose to continue with Website Care & SEO Support for ongoing updates, optimization, and peace of mind. Whether you prefer to manage your site yourself or want continued support, you’ll have a clear next step.

If you’re feeling a sense of possibility as you read through this, that’s a good sign.

I’d love to explore your vision with you!
