Creative & Strategic Partner for Your Next Chapter

For founders and teams who want an experienced creative voice guiding their brand, website, and marketing — without hiring full-time.

Not sure where to start? A Brand & Business Strategy Session helps us get clear on where you are and what will move things forward.

Holding the whole picture and knowing what to implement next is often a challenge for founder-led businesses.

This partnership tends to be a good fit if:

  • Your brand or website still reflects an earlier stage of the business

  • Marketing happens in fragments — updates here, campaigns there, no clear thread connecting them

  • Creative direction keeps falling to the bottom of your list

  • You have support in place, but no one owns the full story and strategy

  • You want a consistent partner who understands your business over time — not just a project

What a fractional partnership looks like in practice

This is ongoing creative and strategic leadership — not a one-time project.

We identify what will move your business forward, prioritize meaningful work, and build the brand, website, and marketing systems that support your next stage of growth.

Some seasons focus on larger initiatives. Others center on refining messaging, campaigns, and the client journey. The thread connecting both is consistent — someone who knows your business and holds the bigger picture with you.

I'm Maura — a fractional creative and strategic partner with a background spanning Fortune 500 marketing, founder-led businesses, and over a decade co-owning a wellness studio and therapeutic practice.

My work blends creative direction, brand strategy, and website and marketing systems. I listen for the through-line of your work, hold the moving pieces alongside you, and build structures your business can grow inside of.

I also partner as a fractional strategist inside existing programs, supporting founders and clinicians as they build or refine service-based practices.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • With an agency, you’re often buying a specific project or set of deliverables. In this partnership, you’re working directly with a senior creative and business strategist who plugs into your brand, website, marketing ecosystem, and key decisions over time.

Rather than handing things off and hoping they fit, we think together about what to prioritize, what to pause, and how everything works as one coherent story.

  • Both. My work blends creative direction, website/marketing strategy, and hands-on support. Sometimes that looks like shaping strategy and overseeing your team or collaborators; other times it means partnering with you on website builds (like my three-week sites), content, or key assets so the strategy actually turns into something tangible.

We’ll decide together what level of implementation makes the most sense for your season of business.

  • Not necessarily. Some clients come in with a full team; others are solo founders who are ready for strategic support before they make their next hires.

What matters most is that you have an established body of work and are ready to make decisions about your brand, website, and business direction. From there, we can determine what’s realistic for you to execute and where you may eventually want extra hands.

  • Most fractional partnerships last 3–12 months, depending on what you need.

    Common patterns:

    • 3–4 months to move through a rebrand, website, and priority campaigns

    • 6+ months when you want ongoing support as your brand and offers evolve

We’ll start with an initial scope and cadence, then revisit as your business shifts. The goal is for the partnership to feel spacious, supportive, and sustainable—not open-ended or draining.

  • Yes. You can begin with strategic support, a defined project, or step straight into a fractional partnership—whatever matches the level of support you’re ready for.

Many founders come in at a crossroads, wanting a calm, strategic sounding board to think through offers, opportunities, and direction before committing to a rebrand, 3-week website, or longer-term engagement. Others start with a focused project—like a website, key pages, or a campaign—and then extend into fractional support once they’ve experienced how it feels to have someone holding the whole picture with them.

Either way, my role is the same: to bring thoughtful coaching and clear strategic direction to your brand, website, marketing ecosystem, and business decisions so you’re not carrying it all on your own.

Ready to stop holding the big picture alone?
